Hey y’all! Just took about 1 week off from posting on Vega Table . . . didn’t necessarily mean to I have just been so busy!
These Peanut Butter & Banana Energy Bites are an easy way to get breakfast in . . . or make these tasty little treats as a snack! Sean shared them with his brother and dad a few weeks ago and they were a hit! Too easy not to make them!
Ingredients
-2 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
-2 Tablespoons agave nectar
-1/4 Cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
-1 Cup ripe mashed banana ( about 2 large bananas)
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
-Place oats & cinnamon in a large bowl, stir to blend well
-Add mashed banana, peanut butter, & agave. Stir until ingredients are well blended
-Shape into 24 ( about 1″ in diameter) balls
-Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator
